Following the treatment, you will notice that your skin appears brighter, plumper, tighter, and rejuvenated. It is normal to experience moderate redness and some flaking. Yes. You may exercise following the treatment; however, it is recommended to refrain from using saunas or steam baths for at least 2 days post-treatment. You may also apply makeup and SPF right after the treatment, provided you use a high-level SPF appropriate for your skin type.

No. You will be able to resume your social and professional life immediately after the treatment. Any redness or light flaking can be alleviated by using facial moisturizer.
