Reservations:

‣Lyla spa requires a $50 deposit to reserve all scheduled appointments or a credit card will be required to secure any reservation.

‣Your credit card will not be charged unless our cancellation is not honored.

Cancellations:

‣Please note we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel any appointment.

‣Appointments canceled less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total.

‣No show will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held.

Punctuality:

‣Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow for a stress-free check-in.

‣If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your full service if our schedule allows, otherwise, your treatment may be cut short as to not inconvenience other scheduled guests. Full rates still apply in this instance.

Refunds:

‣No refunds are made for services, service packages, and prepaid treatments once they are purchased.

‣All service sales and gift cards are final. If for some reason you are not able to use the services package, then you may do a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services.
